Fresh from the Silverdale bakery, order online, or click & collect from the Matakana market. Be sure to read the notes on ordering lead-times - each bake is limited to the number that we can fit into the ovens and we'll fulfil in the order received.

Fresh bread online deliveries
We normally bake and send fresh bread online orders on Mondays - Wednesdays. We prepare, bake and dispatch them in the order received. Sourdough needs extra love (time!) to do its natural fermentation so it always pays to order as early as possible :)

We generally don't send bread to out-of-town addresses on a Thursday, in case your lovely fresh loaves sit in a courier depot all weekend. But if you want us to send it, you can add that instruction into the comments at checkout. Please be aware that although we use NZ Post's overnight service, we cannot guarantee their delivery timeframes.
